About Caitlyn Schermerhorn

Caitlyn Schermerhorn is a Real Estate Broker and Team Member of The AVE Group Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Caitlyn works alongside Team Leaders Rich Aronson and Greg Viti. She specializes in Chicago's distinct neighborhoods and the greater Chicagoland area. A native of Palatine, Illinois, and current Chicago, Logan Square resident for the past 8 years. Caitlyn is intimately familiar with the workings of the unique market of Chicago and its suburbs.

 

Caitlyn began her real estate career in 2014 in residential leasing and property management. Working closely with property owners, Caitlyn operates to secure client investment assets by consulting and developing strategic real estate planning. Learning the inner workings of owning and operating investment properties, Caitlyn has built the knowledge and understanding of recognizing prosperous investment opportunities for her clients.

 

Caitlyn is known for turning her renters into first-time home buyers. Describing the progression as a "no-brainer," Caitlyn thoroughly enjoys educating her clients along the home-buying process. In her spare time, Caitlyn enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with her niece and nephew, traveling, and relaxing with her two sphynx cats Clark and Norma!
